इंटरव्यू के लिए डेवलप करें बॉडीलैंग्वेज

इंटरव्यू आपके जीवन का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा होता हैं. जिसके लिए आप काफी मेहनत भी करते हैं.पर इंटरव्यू में आपके नॉलेज के साथ आपकी बॉडीलैंग्वेज भी नोटिस की जाती हैं. जानिए किन बातों का खास ध्यान रखना चाहिए इंटरव्यू के दौरान :-

1) इंटरव्यू में आप कभी भी ये न सोचे की आप सज धज कर जाये. इससे ज्यादा आपके हाव भाव मेटर करते हैं.

2) जब आप इंटरव्यूअर से मिले तो आप उनसे नॉर्मली ही हाथ मिलाये. क्युकी आपके हाथ मिलाने से ही आपका ओवरकॉन्फिडेंस या नर्वसनेस का पता चलता हैं.

3) इंटरव्यू के लिए सिटींग अरेंजमेंट अलग से किया जाता हैं. आप जब भी इंटरव्यूअर के सामने बैठे तो इस तरीके से बैठे की आप दोनों की दुरी ज़्यादा नही होना चाहिए.

4) किसी भी सवाल के बाद जवाब देते समय घबरा कर या हाथ बांध कर ना बैठे. बिना घबराहट के आराम से ही जवाब दे.

5) आप इंटरव्यूअर से आईकांटेक्ट भी बनाये. इससे आपका कॉंफिडेंट होने का पता चलेगा.

6) घबराहट में किसी भी तरह का मूवमेंट ना करें गहरी साँस ले.
